#1 – 910 Wyoming
Status: Completed by unknown Description: Residential modular home on the East side of downtown San Antonio, TX.


#2 – 207 S Sabinas
Status: In Progress by Atomka Description: This Student Dorms is a commercial project located on the West side of downtown San Antonio, TX. Each Tiny Home unit comes with Kitchen, Shower, Toilet, area for Twin Bed. A custom steel staircase combines the 2 (Two) 20″ foot shipping containers (stardard height 8″) The top container is shifted off center to allow space for utility and hvac.


#3 – 103 E Jones
Status: Completed by unknown Description: This commercial project “The Luxury” is a high end restaurant located in downtown San Antonio on the River Walk. Several containers were used along with steel beams to create interior shelter. The kitchen consists of a 1 x 20″ foot container and another for the bar and beverage set off to the side. Several steel art pieces like the classic car continue the beautiful rust patina throughout. The food is Awesome Too!


#4 – 814 S Nueces St
Status: In Progress by Atomka Description: This residential home is a work in progress. As one of the first pilot projects, many innovations were developed that have now become standard practices when working with shipping containers as a building device.
